• Please call when you arrive in the parking lot
• Wearing a mask is required at all times
• At our Westfield location: we allow clients into the examination room due to the size of the exam room
• At our Seymour location: you will have to take a seat in the waiting area – and we take the animal into the exam room to perform a physical examination and necessary diagnostics/treatment. The doctor will speak to you in the waiting room and then go meet the patient in the back while doing the treatment. The doctor will then come out and discuss before getting medication and checking out.
